for my well-being?
There’s a reason why they
tell you to put on your oxygen mask first. If you don’t take care of yourself,
you won’t be able to take care of others. So, take the time to figure out what
you can do to serve your own well-being.
Remember, every day is a
new chance to change and improve the life you’re living. Work hard to reach
your goals and achieve the things you believe in. Take small steps, and before you know it,
