People still have questions. This is great.

We are supposed to question changes, especially around women’s rights, safety, and dignity.

We will let you know when we are satisfied with the answers, the level of honesty, and the transparency.

Only a handful of organizations have a track record that women across demographics have confidence in. The others will have to be prepared for questions. That is not women’s fault.

Questions

Why do you have a women’s category in sports?

Please spell out the reason(s) why you have it.

@misssamsmith/Samantha Smith asked:
Why is ok to compulsory pregnancy test female boxers but not ok to sex test male
boxers?
Why does the IOC regard one as a vital safety move, and the other an unconscionable assault on human dignity?

A well-known journalist suggested that the two boxers at the center of the tragedy at the Paris 2024 Olympics women’s boxing competition should sue the people raising questions and concerns.

Which does bring up a good question. They also could have appealed their IBA disqualification to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Why haven’t they?

And why didn’t these journalists who have an aversion to questions take on this story then?

‘Nobody wants to go back to the days of sex testing’

This plainly isn’t accurate.

Journalists should pursue this and ask @iocmedia – which needs to stop hoping that if you repeat a lie (sorry but that’s what it is – we have to point out inaccuracy) it becomes true. https://t.co/EK9tO9s0C1

‘Nobody wants to go back to the days of sex testing’

Who is “nobody”? Please name them.
Finally, did you consult with or speak with female-centered women’s rights groups before the games? Even to get buy-in or allies?

Why or why not?
Anyway, the women taking the punches are the ones who should get to speak without threats, punishment, and pressure.

You are frauds and not protectors of women’s sports at all.

Just a reminder that everyone supporting Khelif and Yu-Ting also supported someone they knew for certain was a biological male taking the spot of an indigenous woman at the Olympics.
