We arrived here because too many people rush to shield their favorite men instead of listening to the harmed. We can stop. Right now.
We arrived here because discomfort feels unbearable to those who have never had to live inside danger.
We arrived here because pretty lies are easier to repeat than ugly truths are to face.

We arrived here because change threatens those who benefit from harm staying familiar.
Because power feels safer when it looks the same.
Because too many people mistake cruelty for strength and dominance for leadership.

Harm has been rebranded as authority.
Silence has been dressed up as maturity.
Endurance has been demanded from those already carrying the heaviest weight.

This is not accidental.
This is learned behavior.
And what is learned can be unlearned.

It is time to stop confusing harm with competence.
It is time to stop rewarding those who leave damage in their wake.
It is time to place listening above loyalty, accountability above image, and care above comfort.

Real strength does not require fear.
Real leadership does not require victims.
Real change does not protect what keeps people unsafe.

The future belongs to those willing to sit with truth long enough to let it transform them.
To those brave enough to step aside when they are no longer the safest choice.
To those who understand that less harmful leadership is not weakness—it is evolution.

It is time to change.
And this time, we do not look away.

Because it is time to stop worshipping horrors…and start learning from them.

This is a “man/woman in the mirror” moment.
