Sometimes people don’t realize that when they ask the question, “Why doesn’t she leave?”, breaking the lease is a huge concern. Whether the victim is a male or female, they can’t break their lease agreement and relocate without steep consequences.
How will they repay the remaining balance of the lease agreement? How will they obtain a positive reference to lease another home?
Let’s hope that by making this information public, people will see, acknowledge, and respond to the problem.
