We have come a long way since The Vagina Monologues. People are making pictures, models, images, dressing up and saying the parts out loud….including vulvas and more. Excellent! Our anatomy is nothing short of a miracle.
No need to be ashamed of our body parts to the point that women and girls don’t even know what they are. Or worse, older women have never seen ourselves. Those days are passing us by.

Female human health care is critical! Love this video. Check it out and know your body. Maintain those visits with your health team. Make sure that you feel comfortable enough with them to ask questions that might feel uncomfortable.
