It is more like violent males = BAD and unfortunately, they can be found anywhere and everywhere.

Meanwhile, western society can do nothing in response but add more constraints on women’s opportunities and voices.   THIS is why stories, women’s stories, are critical.  We are behind in getting the stories of female human beings out to the masses.
