🌿 You’re Not Required to March in Every Parade

Advocates are not required to be active in every cause.
As human beings, we can’t do it — not physically, not emotionally, not spiritually.

That’s honesty.
That’s capacity.

The world will always have more pain than one heart can carry.
And even the most devoted voices for justice need silence, recovery, and time to tend their own gardens.

You can care deeply about something and still rest.
You can believe in justice and still set boundaries.
You can love the world and still protect your peace.

🌸 Remember

Advocacy isn’t about endless performance.
It’s about showing up where you’re called — fully, truthfully, and sustainably.

If your hands are trembling from the weight of it all,
put some of it down.
You’ve done enough for today.

Affirmation:

I am human.
I am allowed to pause.
I am allowed to care and still rest.
I am not alone because others are silent — I am simply called to see who walks beside me in truth.

Spread the love
