Women, we don’t need to know the names of
manipulative criminals who hurt the vulnerable.
That tale is as old as time.
These issues are not about more textured
diversity.
There has always & will always be that.
The
question is: “Are the people charged with managing & safeguarding
diverse needs *capable* of doing the job?”
We are at odds with one another because
too often the answer is “NO“.
Our fight is not with one another. They are eating popcorn while watching us fight amongst ourselves.
Making the same salary. The same benefits. Making other decisions that don’t make the news but are also…..horrible and life-threatening.
Our fight is against the powers that be.

We didn’t get voting rights, freed slaves, child marriage laws, child abuse
laws, & legal standards in medicine because the majority “cared.”
They didn’t then & they *still* don’t.
decisions that put everyone in danger. THOSE are the true dangers to society
because they have powerful positions.
We need to call out people making these decisions
as completely incapable of doing the job to keep every individual assigned to
them safe. Forget the “care”, “empathy” &
“understanding”.
Hold decision-makers & leaders accountable for managing diverse
needs and keeping everyone safe.
If you like them, have them over for tea. But
if they can’t do their jobs, ….they shouldn’t be kept from work they are more
suitable for.
They don’t really care about women’s safety.
At. ALL.
But, they don’t have to. We the people just need
you to do your jobs effectively. That means protecting all of the people, all
of the time.
There are too many other more qualified candidates who know how to manage all of this today.
Hold Leaders and Authorities Accountable for Safeguarding ALL of The People
Voting only for those who demonstrate the ability & know how to keep EVERYONE safe,
- LAWSUITS,
- written complaints to who they answer to (everyone has a boss of some sort)
- show up in groups at hearings
- film and record all shenanigans
- identify competent attorneys & supportive lawmakers
- write, speak, & share info on women’s rights
- boycott with fervor and persistence
- include women’s rights issues in your creative work

Avoid contributing to the silencing of your own voice by donating to organizations that do not see you or support you. Please remember to prioritize organizations like those above in your charitable giving.
