Please, never get so complacent about women’s rights that you believe that we have rights to spare or take for granted. I promise you that we do not. – Tonya GJ Prince
I see these women yelling at other women about being “hateful” towards males for not allowing males to doormat them in their own spaces. These women fail to notice that no one is doing the same for them. The voices yelling to speak up for women’s rights are women and a few brave males (mostly openly gay).
Other than that, women and girls have few allies, sadly…sometimes not even one another. IF we want to hold onto the rights that our foremothers paid heavy prices for, we must maintain our focus.
We can’t EVER allow our minds to think that we too can’t lose our hard-won rights as soon as the next 24 hours. Ever.
Women’s rights are as fragile as they come. Our bodies are natural resources that can do amazing things for humanity. That makes us powerful, beautiful, unique, special, and intimidating.
I’ll let you think about what human beings of the male persuasion do with and to living creatures that have similar qualities–historically to present day.
🌿 Affirmations for Women’s Rights Advocates
I stand firm in the truth that women’s dignity and safety are non-negotiable.
My voice is part of a long legacy of women who refused to be silenced.
Even when resistance is strong, I am stronger, rooted in justice and compassion.
I honor my labor for women’s rights as sacred work, not just for today but for generations to come.
I release the weight of hostility that comes against me; I carry only my purpose.
I am not alone—other women, past and present, stand beside me in spirit and strength.
My persistence is powerful, even in moments when progress feels slow.
I protect my own rest and restoration, knowing that renewal makes my advocacy sustainable.
I celebrate small victories, for they are seeds of larger change.
I walk in courage, clarity, and conviction, knowing that my efforts matter.
