🖤 10 Affirmations for Speaking Unapologetically as a Survivor 🖤

  1. My voice is not too loud. It is too long ignored.
I will no longer lower my volume to comfort silence.

  2. I do not need permission to speak the truth about what happened to me.
My experiences are valid, even when others are uncomfortable.

  3. Every time I speak, I release shame that was never mine to carry.

  4. I am not here to be polite about my pain.
I am here to be free.

  5. I do not exist to protect the reputations of those who harmed me.
My truth will not be buried to preserve their comfort.

  6. I can speak my truth with power and still be kind to myself.
    Strength and softness can coexist.

  7. Silencing myself will never create peace.
Speaking is how I reclaim it.

  8. I am not “angry.” I am clear. I am not “bitter.” I am boundaried.
I do not have to soften my truth for others to believe me.

  9. Telling my story is not a betrayal of my family, my community, or my past.
It is an act of loyalty to myself.

  10. I am no longer asking for space. I am taking it.
My truth deserves to stand tall, be heard, and be honored.
