  1. My voice is not too loud. It is too long ignored.
    I will no longer lower my volume to comfort silence.

  2. I do not need permission to speak the truth about what happened to me.
    My experiences are valid, even when others are uncomfortable.

  3. Every time I speak, I release shame that was never mine to carry.

  4. I am not here to be polite about my pain.
    I am here to be free.

  5. I do not exist to protect the reputations of those who harmed me.
    My truth will not be buried to preserve their comfort.

  6. I can speak my truth with power and still be kind to myself.
    Strength and softness can coexist.

  7. Silencing myself will never create peace.
    Speaking is how I reclaim it.
