Healing Just for YOU

Affirmation: As a Woman, I Am Powerful When I Heal Just for Me, Myself, and I

IF you want to save or change the world, consider this…none of us can do that until we heal ourselves.  Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Women can’t heal on behalf of everyone else, nor should we be expected to. Let others do their own “homework”.

The beautiful thing about the healing journey is that you finally get to focus on yourself.

Sometimes for the very first time in your life.

Sometimes for the first time that a woman has ever done so in the family.

By prioritizing your own healing, you tend to your well-being and cultivate the resilience and capacity to support others genuinely.

When you are insulted or harmed, consider how that harms you.

When you see another woman insulted or harmed, consider how that harms HER, as an individual. She was harmed. Wounded. Scarred.

As a single individual human being.

Healing Just for YOU

Women can’t heal on behalf of everyone else,

nor should we be expected to.

Let others do their own homework.

They may be stronger for it.

And so will you.
