I don’t have a category called “cage” but maybe I should. Healthy marriages are inspiring and beautiful. But what if a woman figures out that a marriage isn’t healthy anymore?

I think about women and children that we lost by way of domestic violence. She knew the relationship was over long ago but had to sleep in the same home with an angry estranged spouse because the law required it.

No-fault divorce means you can leave a marriage simply because it’s not working—no proof of wrongdoing required. But the push to overturn no-fault is real, and the consequences could be devastating. 👉 Nearly 70% of divorces are initiated by women. 👉 Requiring proof of fault could leave many stuck in toxic or abusive marriages. 👉 A 20% drop in women’s suicide rates followed the introduction of no-fault divorce laws. And this isn’t just talk—states like Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma are considering rolling back no-fault divorce laws. Women’s safety, fairness, and the well being of families are on the line. #HelloPrenup #nofaultdivorce
