When the rules are written to force silence,
to demand submission,
to prioritize appearances over reality—
truth gasps for air.

Truth withers.
Truth is hunted.

Survivors know this better than anyone.
When coercion is built into the very laws that govern our lives, Survivors cannot tell the full truth about what they endure:

  • Not about violence.

  • Not about terror.

  • Not about being silenced, isolated, threatened, erased.

Whether the coercive laws are written by men or women—
whether they are dressed in noble language or hidden behind good intentions—
they are designed to suffocate the truth.

Because if truth were free to breathe, it would expose too much:

  • How much cruelty hides in plain sight.

  • How many systems profit off women’s silence.

  • How deep the betrayals go.

Where coercion is the law, Survivors are told:

  • Protect your abuser’s reputation.

  • Protect your family’s name.

  • Protect the community’s comfort.

  • Protect the illusion of peace.

  • Protect his true identity because he prefers lies.

But never protect yourself.
Never protect your own truth.
Never protect your freedom to speak.

When lies are made into law, truth is not merely discouraged—it is criminalized.

And in that place, no healing can take root.
No justice can blossom.
No future can be built without rotting at the foundation.

Survivors deserve better.

We deserve laws that honor honesty.
We deserve spaces where a woman’s truth is not seen as dangerous, but as sacred.
We deserve the power to speak without fear, without coercion, without punishment.

Let it be known:
Where coercion reigns, decay follows.
Where truth is silenced, destruction is inevitable.

But where Survivors stand together, where truth is protected,
where coercion is called out and cast down—
life will rise again.
Freedom will rise again.
We will rise again.

We survive.
We speak.
We will not be moved.
