This week, I wish you success in distancing yourself from people who plant self-doubt in women and girls.
Many female Survivors from various backgrounds around the world have shared this important lesson.
Disengaging from people and messages that:
…disregard our value
…ridicule our beauty
…show contempt for our human rights
…are envious of our uniqueness
…sneer at our inner strength
…belittle our hard-won self-belief and reclaimed confidence.
WE protect our energy and power. Protecting your energy and power can save your life. Therefore, we only listen to and keep company with those who respect our efforts to protect our precious and valuable selves.
Self-doubt is just a nuisance burden.
Self-doubt makes external obstacles even harder to overcome. We don’t need that. We have more than enough to overcome already.
Not angry for drama.
Angry as discernment.
Angry as self-protection.
Please, protect your energy and power from the most insidious plants.

I reject every voice that feeds on my uncertainty.
My mind is not a playground for planted doubt.
2️⃣
I am not required to entertain dismissal, distortion, or disrespect.
I disengage without guilt and without explanation.
3️⃣
Minimization is a strategy.
I see it. I name it. I refuse it.
4️⃣
Anyone who benefits from my silence is not aligned with my well-being.
My withdrawal is wisdom, not weakness.
5️⃣
I trust the reality of what I see, feel, and know.
Gaslighting finds no oxygen here.
6️⃣
I will not shrink myself to preserve someone else’s comfort.
My presence does not require dilution.
7️⃣
Peace is not pretending harm did not happen.
Peace is removing myself from those who normalize it.

I revoke access from those who question my dignity while demanding my patience.
My boundaries are final.

Self-doubt planted by others is not intuition.
I return it to its source.

It is the protection of my mind, my energy, my power.
