Dear women, let’s get this straight: no man’s negative voice deserves rent-free space in your mind.

Remember, useful and secure men aren’t engaging in such childish behavior. They are builders and uplifters, not destroyers.

Therefore, no weak, insecure, unfocused, cruel, and feckless man’s negative voice belongs in your head—only the truth of who you really are. Do not let the words of men who are most commonly impressed by predators and other violent men, even openly admiring their ways blind you to your brilliance. 

Through it all, here you are carrying both fire and grace—strong enough to move mountains, gentle enough to heal wounds, and wise enough to know which is needed in the moment. Receive that. Own that.
