Men should never expect a polite, dainty response when they violate women’s spaces.
When you disrupt our safety, you activate our nervous systems — and we will respond.

Don’t tell us to calm down.
Women deserve calm spaces.
If the space is no longer calm, it is because someone disturbed it — and that someone was not us.

We will not rest until our spaces are restored.

Women do not enter locker rooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms, or any place of undress expecting danger.
We enter these spaces to breathe, clean our bodies, gather ourselves, and be at ease.

So understand this:

If you are in a designated women’s space and your presence disturbs the peace,
expect a response from a woman whose safety has just been shaken.

Our reactions are not disrespect.
They are the ancient, human instinct to protect ourselves.

Do not ask us to be softer than the violation.
Do not ask us to whisper while fear is rising in our chests.
Do not ask us to behave gently in a moment where gentleness has already been broken.

That’s ancient woman hating B.S cloaked under a hood of progress.

Women deserve calm.
Women deserve stillness.
Women deserve privacy.
Women deserve boundaries.

And when those boundaries are crossed — our voices, our bodies, and our instincts will answer back.

And leaders, stop telling us to shut up and take it. You will not be leaders for long.
