 We human beings who seek relationship partners LOVE romance. Heck, even once we find our person, we still love it. 


 But I believe that ‘romance’ should come with some warning labels.  Enjoy it, but be in the know before you go.

As a younger woman, I was sure that the way to know “the one” would be to follow my feelings. That led to a few heartbreaking and even extremely dangerous situations. 


Most of us need no tutorials on how to fall in love. But many of us require lessons on how to love smarter and safer. Faith, good books, mentors, listening to stories and wisdom from other women and men too, and deeply appreciating my own  “me”  were the keys for me.
