1. That my pain has to be “explained well” to be real.
My body already told the truth. My spirit already kept the record.

2. That being kind means being endlessly available.
Care does not require self-erasure.

3. That I must stay small to stay safe.
I was never too much. I was surrounded by too little protection.

4. That silence is maturity.
Sometimes silence was strategy.
Sometimes it was survival.
It was never proof that I was unharmed.

5. That love feels like confusion, pressure, or walking on glass.
Peace is not boring.
Peace is intelligent.

6. That my worth is measured by how much I endure.
Endurance is what I did.
Living is what I deserve.

7. That I need permission to rest.
My nervous system is not a machine.
It is sacred land.

8. That boundaries make me difficult.
Boundaries make me reachable in healthy ways.
